Order Information

1. Early Bird Promotion Period: 27 July 2026 – 28 August 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. Gift boxes are expected to arrive in late August 2026. Customers will be notified by email once their order is ready for collection.
3. As this is a seasonal gift box, the designated collection period is from late August to 25 September 2026. Please collect your order within this period.
4. Orders that remain uncollected after the collection period will be deemed forfeited. sensory ZERO reserves the right to dispose of the products, and no refund will be provided.
