Hong Kong Delivery Service Policy

All Products (Excluding Aillio Bullet R1 / R2 / R2Pro Roaster):

Free Shipping Offer:

Enjoy free shipping with SF Express for orders over HK$300. This applies to home delivery, SF Express stations, and self-pickup points.

Shipping Fees:

For orders of HK$300 or below, a shipping fee of HK$35 will be charged.

Delivery Service:

Delivery services are provided by SF Express and are only applicable to designated areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Some areas, remote locations, and outlying islands may incur additional service fees or may not be eligible for delivery. Please inquire with SF Express for details.

Aillio Bullet R1 / R2 / R2Pro Roaster:

Orders for the Aillio Roaster will be delivered by truck.

The order includes delivery service (excluding upstairs or in-store delivery; customers must receive the products on the ground floor)

Delivery service is not available in these areas: Restricted Area, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, the airport, outlying islands, Ma Wan, Disneyland, and Ocean Park.

If products are undeliverable due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive them, and the products need to be returned and re-shipped, all additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Adverse Weather Delivery Arrangements:

In the event of a typhoon signal, red, or black rainstorm warning, delivery services will be postponed.

Overseas Delivery Service Policy

All international deliveries are handled by SF Express or SpeedPost, in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis

Customers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes.
